2026 Full SSI Payment Schedule
Because of how holidays and weekends fall this year, SSI recipients see this “shifted payment” pattern happen more than once. Here’s the full 2026 breakdown:

So in 2026, SSI recipients will notice three separate “skipped” months: March, August, and November. Each time, the payment simply arrived a day or two early the month before.
Note: This schedule applies to SSI (Supplemental Security Income) specifically. Regular Social Security retirement and disability benefits follow a different, staggered schedule based on your birth date, and are unaffected by this issue.
